Food & Wine Classic Returns to Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin

This fall, Disney World is buzzing with excitement, from the fan-favorite Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. But just beyond the gates of EPCOT, another beloved culinary event is quietly celebrating its 15th anniversary—the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic.

 

A Two-Day Celebration of Culinary Excellence

The two-day festival will take place on November 15 and 16 this year, boasting its longest hours yet. Attendees can enjoy the festivities from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., making it a perfect evening for food lovers. This year’s event is bigger than ever, featuring a record-setting 45 dishes and more than 170 beverages from 85 booths, spread across the causeway and the resort’s pool area.

Tickets Include All Food and Drink
One of the highlights of the Food & Wine Classic is that all food and drink offerings are included in the ticket price, eliminating the need for wallets or drink tickets. Festival-goers can indulge freely in this all-inclusive experience.

Culinary Offerings That Delight

The festival showcases an impressive array of food from the Swan and Dolphin’s restaurants, along with themed areas offering regional and international cuisine. Popular areas include a miniature Chinatown and a section dedicated to fresh Florida flavors.

On Friday, guests can try standout dishes like hand-crafted smoked bacon with braised greens and carrot purée from Smokin’ D’s BBQ, as well as a harissa spiced lamb sausage with bulgar wheat and smoked yogurt. Saturday brings a new set of offerings, including a Reuben sandwich from The Fountain and a Korean “No Mayo” Salad.

Several restaurants will serve the same menu on both nights, including Shula’s Steak House, Todd English’s Bluezoo, and Rosa Mexicano. Fan favorites like roasted Linz Heritage Black Angus beef tenderloin and tempura-fried cauliflower tacos will be available throughout the event.

Themed Food Areas and Sweet Treats

This year’s Food & Wine Classic will feature four themed areas, including “For The Love of Florida,” highlighting local dishes like grilled Florida oysters. Other popular spots include the Beer Garden, where hot buffalo wings and miso butter Brussels sprouts are a hit, and Carnival Corner, which offers nostalgic treats like corn dog bites.

A new dessert zone called Pastry will satisfy sweet tooths with offerings such as caramel banana crème brûlée and chocolate blackberry choux puffs.

Wine, Beer, and Cocktails Galore

In addition to its impressive food lineup, the festival offers a world tour of beverages, with 170 drink options, including wines from Argentina, France, Spain, and craft beers from Florida. The Japan booth also serves sake, adding an international twist.

Each drink is included in the ticket price, allowing guests to taste a wide variety of offerings without additional costs. For those planning to indulge, consider booking a stay at the resort or arranging for a designated driver.

Educational Seminars

The Food & Wine Classic offers more than just food and drink. Attendees can also participate in educational seminars, including Beer Here!, a new session on Florida craft beers, and Salud!, a wine journey through Spain. Returning for another year is the Craft Cocktails seminar, teaching guests how to mix the perfect drink.

Tickets and Accommodation

Tickets for the event are available now, with a single-night ticket priced at $195. Guests attending both nights can save 15% by purchasing a bundle for $331.50. Staying on-site at the Swan, Dolphin, or Swan Reserve offers easy access to the event. Alternatively, Disney’s Boardwalk Inn or Yacht and Beach Club Resorts are nearby options for those seeking a Disney-owned experience.
