Adventure Awaits as Disney Davy Crockett Ranch Unveils New Cabin Makeover

Disneyland Paris has been getting a lot of attention recently!

And we don’t mean because the Olympics are currently happening in Paris — the resort recently announced that Walt Disney Studios Park would be changing its name to Adventure World, and the iconic Disneyland Hotel finally reopened with its reimagined look earlier this year! But that’s not the end of the reimagining — another hotel is getting a makeover!

Disney Davy Crockett Ranch is located in Disneyland Paris, and it is a hotel that can be closely compared to Fort Wilderness Resort in Disney World — both have cabins that have a “rustic camping” feel.

In Disney World, the Fort Wilderness Cabins recently underwent a pretty major reimagining (The makeover was a little controversial, but we’re fans now that we’ve stayed in them), and now it’s time for Davy Crockett Ranch to do the same! Disney just released the first look at the new cabins, and we’ve gotta say, if you’re a fan of the OLD Fort Wilderness cabin design, you’ll love these!

New Look, Same Rustic Charm

All the current bungalows are now being replaced with these comfortable, modern cabins that very much match the outdoors theme.

And the inside of the cabins will now have hints to some of your favorite Disney characters — Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webby! And not only are they environmentally friendly, but they each will also have a patio that has all the essentials for roasting marshmallows and sitting around the fire.

While we’re still waiting for an official opening date for these new cabins, we know we’re still a little far out. These photos were taken from the model cabin, which allows designers to see what needs to be adjusted before the installation of the final cabins.

We can’t wait to see more photos of them when they’re officially installed and completed!
